What I do at LeadVision
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator at LeadVision, my goal is to find the best candidates for our open roles. I want to ensure that every new hire will be someone who is going to align with our companies mission, values, and growth strategies. I work alongside all of our department heads to help them foster a group that is going to drive success and innovation within their specific teams.

Recruitment Strategy
I collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs for their departments, develop recruitment plans, and utilize different sourcing techniques to find top talent and place them in a role at LeadVision. -
Candidate Screening & Selection
From crafting job ads, to screening resumes and conducting initial interviews, I manage the entire candidate lifecycle. It is my job to ensure a seamless experience for not just our managers, but for you as a candidate. I will be your main point of contact and help guide you through the entire hiring process! -
Onboarding
Once we find the best position for you at LeadVision, I will guide you through the onboarding process to assist with your transition into your new role.

Who am I?
I am currently living in Clearwater, Florida and I work remotely for LeadVision. Some of my hobbies include going to the beach, all types of workouts, trying new coffee shops and eating fantastic sushi. I love watching crime TV shows and hanging out with my dog!
